Description:

This patient wanted to lift the bridge of his nose along with narrow the nasal tip. Rib cartilage was used to strengthen and support the added height to his nasal tip. His own cartilage was used as a graft to add height to the bridge of his nose. His nasal bones were realigned to produce a straighter nasal bridge from the front. A septoplasty was performed at the time of surgery to provide cartilage and to also improve his nasal airway.
