Asian Blepharoplasty Patient 02

Description:

This patient had a “triple eyelid” of her right eyelid and an unnaturally high crease on the left due to failed ptosis repair by another surgeon. She also was bothered by orbital hollowing and underwent fat grafting with another surgeon, but this also failed due to her persistent ptosis. She underwent in office asian blepharoplasty with bilateral ptosis repair under local anesthesia. Her new crease was set at a lower, more youthful height, and the ptosis repair helped relocate her orbital fat to address the orbital hollowing.
